Several of the most widely used index numbers are compiled and published together for ready reference. The Wholesale Price Index (WPI), the Consumer Price Index (CPI), the Index Number of Yield of Principal Crops, the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) and the Index of Foreign Trade are all available in the Economic Survey, the standard source to consult for these figures.
