Acceptable Use Policy

ConceptFirst is a self-study platform for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. Use it honestly and respect other learners and the integrity of the platform. This policy is part of the Terms of Use; breaching it is breaching them.

• Do not share your account or credentials, or allow multiple people to use one subscription — access is single-user and enforced with a single-active-device policy.
• Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free previews, the free trial, offers, or vouchers (e.g. registering repeatedly to obtain more than one 14-day free trial).
• Do not misrepresent your identity, or register with false information.
• Do not buy, sell, or transfer accounts, gift codes, or comp codes.

• Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract content — manually, with scripts, or by screenshotting at scale.
• Do not redistribute, republish, resell, or sublicense any content — including posting our solutions to other sites, apps, Telegram/WhatsApp groups, or printed compilations.
• Do not use platform content to build or train a competing product, question bank, or AI dataset.
• Printing for your own revision (the built-in print option) is fine — that is what it is for.

• The AI Assistant carries fair-usage limits so it stays fast and affordable for everyone; do not attempt to bypass them or hammer it with automated/excessive requests.
• Do not attempt to extract system prompts, jailbreak the assistant, or use it for anything other than learning help on the platform's content.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful material to the assistant or any input field.

• Do not probe, scan, or test the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the service (e.g. denial-of-service).
• Do not circumvent the paywall, preview limits, single-device control, or any safety or fairness control.
• Do not upload or transmit malware or malicious code.
• Found a genuine security issue? Report it responsibly to hello@conceptfirst.ai — we take reports seriously and will not pursue good-faith researchers.

Anything you submit (notes are private, but testimonials and support messages reach people) must be lawful and respectful — no harassment, hate, or infringing material. Many of our users are minors; behave accordingly.

Violations may lead to warnings, feature limits, or suspension/termination without refund for material breaches, and referral to authorities where required. Where practical we warn first; egregious cases (fraud, attacks, mass extraction) may be terminated immediately. If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, appeal via hello@conceptfirst.ai or the contact page — a human reviews every appeal.
