CA Foundation
The CA Foundation is the national entry exam to the Chartered Accountancy course, conducted by ICAI three times a year (January, May and September) and open to students of every stream after Class 12. It has four papers of 100 marks each — Paper 1 Accounting and Paper 2 Business Laws are descriptive; Paper 3 Quantitative Aptitude and Paper 4 Business Economics are objective (MCQ) with a 0.25 negative mark for each wrong answer.
