Does one plan really cover everything?
Yes. A single subscription unlocks every board, grade and stream we publish — there are no per-subject or per-board add-ons. As we add more content, your plan covers it automatically.
Are there video lectures or live classes?
No — and we want you to know that before you pay. ConceptFirst is a self-study platform: structured written concept explanations, worked solutions, previous-year papers and practice tests you work through at your own pace. If you are looking for video lectures or live coaching, this is not that product.
How does the launch offer work?
It starts the moment you first visit: every plan is 50% off for your first 48 hours, then 30% off from then on — with no end date. The moment you create an account, your countdown carries over and locks to that account for good. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the full term.
How is the price calculated?
Every plan is billed once for the full term. The longer the term, the lower the per-month rate — so a 24-month plan costs far less per month than a 3-month one. Custom plans use the same per-month tiers.
Is there a free trial, and can I get a refund?
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to the entire platform — no credit card required, and nothing auto-charges (it reverts to the free tier when the trial ends). Because the trial lets you evaluate everything before paying, subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once placed. We still fix genuine accidental or duplicate charges (tell us within 48 hours) and any case where access was not delivered.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. eGift lets you buy a plan for another student — they redeem a gift code for full access without paying anything. Discount voucher codes can also be applied at checkout.
What can I try before paying?
