MHT-CET

MHT-CET is the Maharashtra state entrance test for engineering, pharmacy and allied courses. The PCM group is one 150-question paper — Physics 50, Chemistry 50, Mathematics 50 — where Mathematics carries two marks a question and Physics and Chemistry one, for 200 marks in 180 minutes with no negative marking. It follows the Maharashtra State Board syllabus (about 20% from Std XI, 80% from Std XII), and runs in many shifts over several days, each a genuinely different paper.
