Shipping & Delivery Policy

ConceptFirst is a fully digital, self-study platform. We sell access to online learning content — concept explanations, worked solutions, previous-year papers and practice tests that you read and work through on the website. No physical products are sold or shipped, so no shipping charges, couriers, tracking numbers or delivery addresses apply.

Delivery is electronic and effectively instant. On a successful subscription payment, your access is activated immediately and automatically — the paid content unlocks on your account right away, with no waiting period. You can start studying the moment the payment is confirmed.

Your subscription and its validity are always visible under Dashboard → Billing, and a payment receipt / invoice is emailed to your registered address and available to download there.

Access is delivered to the account associated with the email you sign in with. It remains available for the full duration of the subscription term you purchased (3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months, or a custom duration you select at checkout), accessible anytime over the internet on your devices, subject to our single-device usage terms.

If a payment succeeds but your access does not unlock, it is almost always resolved automatically within a few minutes. If it doesn’t, contact us at hello@conceptfirst.ai or via the contact page with your order reference, and we will activate it or resolve the payment promptly.

Because delivery is digital and instant, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy — please refer to it for eligibility, what is refunded, and how to request one.
