Number of electrons = total charge ÷ charge of one electron = 100.

The charge on a single electron has magnitude e = 1.6 × 10⁻¹⁹ C. If a body carries a total charge Q made up of n excess/deficient electrons, then Q = n × e, so n = Q/e.

Here Q = 16 × 10⁻¹⁸ C = 160 × 10⁻¹⁹ C.
