An azeotropic mixture boils at a constant temperature and its vapour has the same composition as the liquid, so composition does not change on boiling.

Azeotropes (constant-boiling mixtures) are binary liquid mixtures that boil at a fixed temperature and, at that point, the vapour formed has exactly the same composition as the boiling liquid. Consequently they cannot be separated into pure components by simple/fractional distillation.
