Curie temperature is the temperature above which a ferromagnet turns into a paramagnet.

Definition. The Curie temperature (or Curie point), denoted T_c, is the temperature at which a ferromagnetic substance loses its strong (ferromagnetic) magnetic properties and becomes paramagnetic.

Why it happens. In a ferromagnet the atomic magnetic dipoles are aligned in small regions called domains. As the temperature rises, thermal agitation disturbs this alignment. At and above T_c the thermal energy is large enough to destroy the domain alignment completely, so the material can no longer stay spontaneously magnetised and behaves like a paramagnet.
