When a creditor takes over a firm's asset directly, no fresh entry is needed in the Realisation Account for that portion — only the balance actually paid in cash is debited to Realisation Account.

Why only Rs. 30,000 is debited

At dissolution, Stock (an asset) was already transferred to the debit of Realisation Account, and Creditors (a liability) were already transferred to the credit of Realisation Account, at their book values, as the very first step of closing the books.

When creditors of Rs. 80,000 directly accept stock of Rs. 50,000 in part settlement, the asset moves straight from the firm to the creditor — since both sides (the stock debited and the creditors credited) are already sitting in the Realisation Account, this transaction by itself needs no further entry.
