Six of Fayol's principles: division of work, authority & responsibility, discipline, unity of command, unity of direction and scalar chain.

Six principles of management (from Henri Fayol's 14):

  • Division of work: work should be divided into small specialised tasks so each worker becomes efficient and productive.
