Uniform velocity means constant velocity; the position-time graph is a straight (sloped) line, and the velocity-time graph is a straight horizontal line.

Definition: An object is said to have uniform velocity if it covers equal displacements in equal intervals of time, however small those intervals may be -- i.e. its velocity (both magnitude and direction) remains constant throughout the motion.

Position-time (x-t) graph:

Since x = x0 + v*t (with v constant), position increases (or decreases) linearly with time. The graph is a straight line, with slope equal to the (constant) velocity v. A steeper line means a higher velocity; a horizontal line would mean the object is at rest (v = 0).
