Absence of a partnership deed → equal profit sharing; no interest on capital; no interest on drawings; no salary; 6% p.a. interest on a partner's loan.

A partnership deed governs the mutual rights and duties of partners. When there is no deed, or the deed does not cover a particular point, the following provisions of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 apply:
