ROUND rounds to the nearest value, ROUNDUP forces the value up, and ROUNDDOWN forces it down; a negative second argument rounds to tens (-1) or hundreds (-2). (b) #DIV/0! is caused by division by zero or by a blank cell; #NAME? is caused by text the spreadsheet cannot recognise, such as a misspelled function name or an undefined range name.
