Indifference curve: locus of equal-satisfaction combinations of two goods; downward-sloping and convex to the origin.

An indifference curve is a curve that shows all the different combinations of two goods which give the consumer the same level of satisfaction (utility). Since every combination on it yields equal satisfaction, the consumer is 'indifferent' among them.
