State Rolle's theorem exactly.

Rolle's Theorem. Let f:[a,b]→Rf:[a,b]\to\mathbb{R} be a function such that:

  1. ff is continuous on the closed interval [a,b][a,b],
  2. ff is differentiable on the open interval (a,b)(a,b), and
