Stock Turnover Ratio = Cost of Goods Sold ÷ Average Stock.

Gross Profit is 25% on cost, so Sales = Cost + 25% of Cost = 125% of Cost.

Cost of Goods Sold = Sales ÷ 1.25 = 4,00,000 ÷ 1.25 = ₹3,20,000

Average Stock = (Opening Stock + Closing Stock) ÷ 2 = (25,000 + 15,000) ÷ 2 = ₹20,000
