Zero-order rate constant has units of mol L^-1 s^-1.

For a reaction of order n, the general unit of the rate constant is (mol L^-1)^(1-n) s^-1.

For a zero-order reaction the rate law is Rate = k[A]^0 = k. Since Rate always has units of mol L^-1 s^-1 (concentration change per unit time), k must have exactly the same units.
