Seat the men in a circle first (creating gaps), then fill each gap with one woman so no two women are ever adjacent.

For circular arrangements, fixing one person removes the rotational symmetry. Arrange the 6 men around the round table first:

Number of ways =(6−1)!=5!=120= (6-1)! = 5! = 120

This seating creates exactly 66 gaps, one between each pair of adjacent men. To ensure no two women sit together, exactly one woman must go into each gap.
