An unrecorded liability settled by a partner: Realisation A/c Dr. ₹10,000, To Partner's Capital A/c ₹10,000.

On dissolution, an unrecorded liability is a liability that was never shown in the books. When a partner pays it personally, the firm owes that partner, so the Realisation Account (which absorbs all realisation gains and losses) is debited and the partner's capital account is credited.
