Vitamin A (carrots/fish liver oil) -> deficiency night blindness/xerophthalmia; Vitamin D (sunlight/fish liver oil) -> rickets & osteomalacia; Vitamin E (vegetable/wheat germ oils) -> RBC fragility & muscular weakness; Vitamin K (green leafy vegetables) -> increased clotting time.
