The Profit and Loss A/c of the firm for the year ended 31st March, 2024 showed a Net Profit of Rs. 2,47,700. You are required to prepare Profit and Loss Appropriation Account for the firm after taking consideration the following adjustments : (i) Interest on Capital @ 10% p.a. (ii) Interest on drawings of partners @ 6% p.a. The drawing of the partners were X : Rs. 25,000 and Y : Rs. 20,000.
