Acceleration equals the slope of the v-t graph, so the steeper line OA represents the greater acceleration.

On a velocity-time (v-t) graph, acceleration is defined as the rate of change of velocity with time:

a=dvdta = \frac{dv}{dt}

Geometrically, this rate of change is exactly the slope of the v-t graph at that point.

In the given graph, both OA and OB start from the origin O, but OA rises more steeply than OB — for the same interval of time, the velocity gained along OA is larger than the velocity gained along OB. Since slope = (change in v)/(change in t), a steeper line has a larger slope.
