GDP = 4,000 + 2,500 = ₹6,500 crore; NDP = GDP − Depreciation = 6,500 − 400 = ₹6,100 crore.

GDP is the total value of final goods and services produced within the domestic territory. Here it equals the domestic production of consumer goods and services plus capital goods and services:

Step 2 — Net Domestic Product:

NDP is obtained by deducting depreciation (consumption of fixed capital) from GDP:

NDP = GDP − Depreciation = 6,500 − 400 = ₹6,100 crore.
