No — for a fixed quantity of gas, pressure and volume being constant fixes the temperature too, via the ideal gas law.

For n moles of an ideal gas, the equation of state is:

PV = nRT

Rearranging for temperature:

T = PV / (nR)

If the amount of gas (n) is fixed, and both pressure (P) and volume (V) are kept constant, then the right-hand side PV/(nR) is a fixed number. This means T is completely determined by P and V and cannot independently be changed while P and V both stay constant.
