Complementary goods are jointly-consumed goods whose demands move inversely to each other's price; separately (OR), Perfectly Elastic Demand describes a situation where a tiny price change causes an infinitely large change in quantity demanded, shown as a horizontal demand curve.

Complementary goods are those goods which are used together to satisfy a particular want -- the use of one is incomplete without the other.
