ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic Hormone) and TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) are anterior pituitary tropic hormones that regulate the adrenal cortex and thyroid gland respectively.

ACTH — Adrenocorticotropic Hormone: secreted by the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland (adenohypophysis).
