Dear Sir,
We wish to inform you that your 50 12% Debentures of Rs. 100 each (Debenture Certificate No. 57, Folio No. 231) are due for redemption on 31st March, 2023, in accordance with the terms of issue.
Accordingly, a sum of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only), being the face value of the debentures, together with interest due up to the date of redemption, will be paid to you. The amount will be credited directly to your registered bank account.
You are requested to surrender the original Debenture Certificate No. 57 at the company's registered office, duly discharged, to enable us to complete the redemption formalities.
