Q.Write the guidelines of Testing operation phase.
The Testing Operation phase guidelines cover equipment readiness, clear instructions, safety, motivation and a running checklist — all applied while the subject is actually being tested.
Section 6.4.1 lists six guidelines for this phase: (1) all equipment and facilities carefully checked and placed in proper position before the subject arrives; (2) all instructions, explanation, demonstration and layout-plan illustration given to the subject well in advance; (3) a short warm-up before a psychomotor test, to avoid injury and ensure better performance; (4) motivation strategies adopted to help the subject perform their best; (5) the test administrator and testing personnel ensuring safety precautions during explanation and demonstration; and (6) cross-checking against all necessary points on a checklist throughout the testing period.
Testing Operation guidelines: ready the equipment/facility in advance, give clear instructions/demonstration beforehand, warm up the subject before a psychomotor test, motivate the subject, maintain safety precautions, and cross-check against a checklist while testing is underway.
