For the same momentum, kinetic energy KE = p^2/(2m) is inversely proportional to mass, so the lighter body has more kinetic energy.

Linear momentum is p = mv, and kinetic energy is KE = (1/2)mv^2. Eliminating v by writing v = p/m:

KE = (1/2) m (p/m)^2 = p^2 / (2m)

If two bodies -- a heavy one (large m) and a light one (small m) -- have the SAME momentum p, then since KE is inversely proportional to m for fixed p, the body with the smaller mass (the light body) must have the LARGER kinetic energy, and the heavy body has the smaller kinetic energy.
