Since Market Supply = Supply of A + Supply of B, we get Supply of B = Market Supply − Supply of A = 13, 18, 31, 32 units at ₹5, ₹10, ₹15, ₹20.

Concept: In a market the total (market) supply at each price is the sum of the quantities supplied by all individual producers (horizontal summation). Here there are two producers, A and B, so:

Supply of Producer B = Market Supply − Supply of Producer A

Calculation:

Price of goods (₹)Supply of AMarket SupplySupply of B = Market − A
572020 − 7 = 13
10123030 − 12 = 18
15195050 − 19 = 31
20286060 − 28 = 32
