The chapter's own end-of-unit assessment is printed in three labelled parts, exactly as the book divides them, and -- being the unit's most descriptive, least numerical chapter -- it carries no separate numerical-problems section the way earlier units do. Part I, Multiple Choice Questions, has 10 questions spanning nanomaterials, robotics, medical technology, particle physics and cosmology, and the book prints its own answer key directly beneath the questions.
