Use the diameter-form of a circle: (x−x1)(x−x2)+(y−y1)(y−y2)=0(x-x_1)(x-x_2)+(y-y_1)(y-y_2)=0.

When (x1,y1)(x_1,y_1) and (x2,y2)(x_2,y_2) are the ends of a diameter, any point (x,y)(x,y) on the circle subtends a right angle on the diameter (angle in a semicircle), which gives the vector condition (x−x1)(x−x2)+(y−y1)(y−y2)=0(x-x_1)(x-x_2)+(y-y_1)(y-y_2)=0.
