Tracking your own RPE for 15 days turns the abstract idea of 'training load' into a number you can actually monitor day to day, and a steadily rising score is an early overload warning.

The Borg RPE scale, printed alongside this activity, is a simple 0-10 self-rating of how hard a session felt — 0 being 'nothing at all' and 10 being 'maximum.'
