The PPC (Production Possibility Curve) maps every maximum-output combination of two goods an economy can produce with its given, fully employed resources.

Suppose an economy produces only two goods, X and Y. On a diagram with Good X on the horizontal axis and Good Y on the vertical axis, plot the different combinations obtainable by fully utilising all resources — e.g., (0, 10), (2, 9), (4, 7), (6, 4), (8, 0). Joining these points gives a curve that is concave to the origin (bowed outward), reflecting the increasing opportunity cost of producing more of one good as resources (better suited to the other good) are progressively diverted. Any point ON the curve (like (4,7)) is attainable and efficient — all resources are in use. Any point INSIDE the curve is attainable but inefficient (unemployed or under-used resources).
