1. IPICOL — Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Odisha Limited. IPICOL is the state-level agency for the promotion of medium and large industries and for attracting investment into Odisha. Its role includes: promoting industrial investment by identifying opportunities and attracting entrepreneurs and investors; acting as a single-window / facilitation agency for medium and large projects (helping with clearances, approvals, and incentives); providing project counselling and, historically, term finance; and helping the state implement its industrial policy.
2. APICOL — Agricultural Promotion and Investment Corporation of Odisha Limited. APICOL is the state agency that promotes agri-business and agricultural entrepreneurship — encouraging enterprises in horticulture, dairy, poultry, fisheries, food processing, and other allied fields. Its role includes: promoting agri-based enterprises and self-employment in agriculture; helping agri-entrepreneurs obtain government subsidies and financial assistance for eligible projects; providing guidance, training, and project information; and acting as a nodal agency for agriculture-related development and investment schemes. …
