Wage is determined at the point where demand for labour equals supply of labour.

Labour is a factor of production and, like any commodity, its price — the wage rate — is decided in the labour market by the interaction of demand and supply. The demand for labour comes from firms and is a derived demand (it depends on the demand for the goods labour produces and on labour's marginal productivity); it falls as the wage rises. The supply of labour comes from workers and generally rises as the wage rises. The wage settles at the equilibrium level where the quantity of labour demanded equals the quantity of labour supplied.
