The ideal gas equation for n moles of gas is:

PV = nRT

Here R is the universal gas constant. If the amount of gas (n) is fixed, and both the pressure P and the volume V are kept constant, then the right-hand side nRT must also remain constant. Since n and R don't change, T must remain constant as well.
