(a) On-the-job training happens at the workplace during production (apprenticeship, coaching, job rotation), is cheaper and for operative skills; off-the-job training happens away from work (lectures, case study, vestibule), is costlier and for managerial skills. (b) A director must be an individual with a DIN, give written consent, not be disqualified under Section 164, and hold qualification shares if required.
