Project Descriptions

The textbook section 7.4 is extremely brief — it contains only a single introductory paragraph. Its entire purpose is to set the stage for the project examples that follow in the rest of the chapter. Here is what it teaches, explained thoroughly in your own words.

The section opens by stating that in the following pages, you will find several examples of project work suitable for project-based learning. These examples are meant to serve as models or starting points. They are not the only possible projects.

The key point is flexibility. A group of students is free to choose any of the listed projects. However, they are also encouraged to propose their own original project idea, as long as it is developed in consultation with their guide teacher.
