Time and Place for Performance
Where no time is specified and the promise does not require a demand: the engagement must be performed within a reasonable time, a question of fact depending on the circumstances of each case.
Where a time is specified: performance must be made on that day, during the usual hours of business, and at the place at which the promise ought to be performed.
Where the promise requires performance on the promisee's application/demand, but no place is specified: it is the duty of the promisor to apply to the promisee to appoint a reasonable place for performance, and to perform the promise at the place so appointed. …
