This is the textbook's own end-of-chapter evaluation set for the unit, testing the material from the historical atomic models through to the stability of half-filled and fully-filled orbitals, through two distinct question formats printed by the book. The first part, "Choose the best answer," is a set of 25 multiple choice questions - several of them drawn directly from NEET papers - covering conceptual points (the Zeeman and Stark effects, the meaning of the Schrödinger equation, node counting, quantum-number validity) as well as short numerical calculations (photon energy, de Broglie wavelengths, Bohr-model energies). The second part, "Write brief answer to the following questions," is a set of 26 questions running from short conceptual explanations (stating Pauli's principle, describing the Aufbau principle) through to full multi-part numerical problems (uncertainty calculations, de Broglie …
