Ready-to-use software is a pre-packaged, ready-made accounting package (e.g. Tally) suited to small/medium businesses — cheap and easy to use, but with limited customisation and security. Ready-to-use (ready-made) accounting software is one of the three broad types of accounting software (the others being 'customised' and 'tailor-made/tailored' software).
