It manages the general ledger, accounts receivable (money owed by customers), accounts payable (money owed to suppliers), cash and bank management, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting such as the balance sheet and profit-and-loss account. Since it draws data automatically from all the other modules (sales, purchases, payroll, production), it keeps the organisation's accounts continuously and accurately up to date.
Human Resources (HR) module: This module manages everything to do with the organisation's people. It maintains employee records and handles recruitment, attendance and leave, payroll (salary and wage calculation), training, and performance appraisal.
