This Art Integration task asks you to plan both class bands' test batteries, note that BMI is the only shared test, and deliver a short, clear speech explaining objective, procedure and scoring to two very different audiences (Class III and Class X) at once.

a. Plan for Classes 1-3: BMI (height/weight), Plate Tapping Test (coordination — tapping between two discs for 25 cycles), Flamingo Balance Test (balance — counting falls in 60 seconds on one leg).

c. Common tests: only BMI appears in both batteries.

d. Answering the students' questions: i. The Flamingo Test (for Class III) checks single-leg balance and the strength of the leg, pelvic and trunk muscles; Push-ups (for Class X) check upper-body strength endurance and trunk stability. ii. For speed specifically, Class 4-12 has a dedicated 50m Dash; Class 1-3 has no distance-sprint test, but the Plate Tapping Test is the closest equivalent, testing speed of limb movement rather than running speed. …
