This activity asks you to re-run six already-learned tests once a week for a month and track your own scores — the point is seeing a trend over time, not any single number.

Each row in the table is a test this unit has already taught in full: the Fitness Index (Harvard Step Test) from section 6.2, the 50m Standing Start (50m Dash) and Push-Ups and Partial Curl-Up from section 6.1's Class 4-12 battery, the 600m Run/Walk from section 6.1, and the Sit and Reach Test from section 6.1. No new procedure needs to be learned — the activity is simply to repeat each test's existing, standardised procedure once a week, for four weeks, recording the score in the matching column. …
