cosec x=1sin⁡x\text{cosec}\,x=\dfrac1{\sin x} is, like sine, an ODD function with period 2π2\pi — its values repeat over every interval of length 2π2\pi. Since cosec x\text{cosec}\,x is undefined wherever sin⁡x=0\sin x=0, its domain is R∖{nπ:n∈Z}\mathbb{R}\setminus\{n\pi:n\in\mathbb{Z}\}.
