Using KE = (3/2)nRT with n = 4 mol and T = 200 K gives about 9.98 kJ.

The total translational kinetic energy of n moles of an ideal gas is

KE = (3/2) n R T

Step 1 - Convert temperature to kelvin:

T = -73 degree C + 273 = 200 K

Step 2 - Substitute the values (n = 4 mol, R = 8.314 J/K/mol):

KE = (3/2) x 4 x 8.314 x 200

KE = 6 x 8.314 x 200

KE = 49.884 x 200

KE = 9976.8 J
