Oxidative phosphorylation produces both ATP and water as its end products.

Oxidative phosphorylation is the name given to ATP synthesis that is powered by the energy of oxidation-reduction reactions occurring during electron transport, in contrast to photophosphorylation, where light energy drives the equivalent process. As NADH and FADH2 are oxidised by the electron transport system, their electrons pass through the carrier complexes (I to IV), and the energy released at several of these transfers is used to pump protons across the inner mitochondrial membrane, building up the electrochemical gradient described by the chemiosmotic hypothesis.

ATP synthase (complex V) allows these protons to flow back down their gradient through its F0 channel, and this flow is coupled at the F1 headpiece to the synthesis of ATP from ADP and inorganic phosphate — for every ATP made, four hydrogen ions pass through F0. …
