The marketing mix = 4 P's: Product, Price, Place and Promotion. Product is what is offered (features, quality, brand, packaging); Price is what the customer pays; Place is how it reaches the customer; and Promotion is how customers are informed and persuaded.

  • Price is the amount of money customers pay to obtain the product.
